Hi guys and gals. Im having trouble getting my new motorcycle boots under the foot gear leavers. Its hard to get your toes under the gear leave from 1st to 2nd . From 2nd up ,its easy. I can see a bolt with a nut on either end ,looks like its for adjusting ?. So whats the deal ,can i just loosen bolts and move it ,or will it do any other things to the gears ect . Also the foot brake leaver ,is abit high and would like it abit lower angle ,so i don't have to lift my foot to get my toes on to it ,to stop. And will i have to re-adjust the brakes ,if i move the brake pedal???? Having said that ,do you guys ride with your foot {toes} just touching the foot brake {with no pressure}. Or is it best the way it is?. I don't want to go playing with any thing till im 100% sure. Thanks Sled. P.S ........did a search ,sorry if its already been covered before. |
