Default 3 cheers for real customer service! (cruiserbackrest.com)

So often I deal with incredibly bad customer service then when I encounter a company that actually understands what customer service means, I feel compelled to tell others.

I ordered the Bestem backrest kit from cruiserbackrest.com,
Suzuki Boulevard C50 (Volusia) Backrest Kit with Rack
and when it arrived there was a jingle in the luggage rack. It sounded like a piece of slag came loose during the welding and was loose inside the barstock. I've welded things before, it happens. Maybe I'm picky (maybe?!) but I knew this would drive me crazy. I called and spoke to Joyce who told me "this is the first time I ever heard of someone complaining about a jingle in the rack" and immediately told me she'd send out a replacement and a postage tag for the one I have.
I just recieved their email with the tracking number. Mind you this was yesterday that I recieved the first one.

Kudos to these folks for treating a customer right!

Oh and BTW the rack and seat are really solid and well chromed, I highly recommend them.
