So, I've got just over 400 miles so far on breaking in the new bike. What I'm wondering is after it's warmed up and ran for a while I can hear this clack sound on occasion when letting out the clutch, taking off. Actually I can even replicate this at will standing still and letting the clutch pop just enough to rock the bike forward. When cold it won't do it. Is this a normal sound from the driveshaft?...first shaft driven bike....it sounds mostly like gears in the trans making a clack as it starts to engage. Anyone have ideas or concerns, or is this just normal on this bike? Thanks |
