Default clacking sound, clutch, trans, driveshaft?

So, I've got just over 400 miles so far on breaking in the new bike. What I'm wondering is after it's warmed up and ran for a while I can hear this clack sound on occasion when letting out the clutch, taking off. Actually I can even replicate this at will standing still and letting the clutch pop just enough to rock the bike forward. When cold it won't do it. Is this a normal sound from the driveshaft?...first shaft driven bike....it sounds mostly like gears in the trans making a clack as it starts to engage. Anyone have ideas or concerns, or is this just normal on this bike?
Thanks
