Default Curse of the M50 aftermarket

First i'm burned by motorcycle pro shop on my memphis shade windshield, now for the second straight time lonnie sends me the wrong backrest.Damn thing is bent way to far back plus the holes are the wrong size 3/8th instead of the 1/2" there suppose to be.I just can't buy a break .the backrest guy lonnies takes forever to respond to emails.Don't know about the rest of you but this has not been a pleasent experience so far. Also his damn website has no phone number, which is probably good for him as i'm so pissed right now.

JoeB. Lonnie didn't bother replying to an email I sent him nearly two weeks ago. Looks like I've been lucky!

He's a nice guy aussie but i think hes on the road alot and it takes awhile for him to respond. After the second bad backrest which he says is the same 1 he sent to others and i find very hard to believe, do to the wrong size holes and bad angle of the backrest. He responded with keep the backrest and he'll refund the money.Dont think ill use the backrest, if i drill the holes in the support bracket that bolt to the fender the edge of the hole will be dangerously close to the edge of the bracket and coud brake with enough pressure, plus would have to tear the cushion part completely apart to bend the bar to the right angle so i wouldnt destroy the powder coat.As i said he a very nice guy but he has some problems going on with Quality control on these backrests right now and i hope he gets it staightened out.
