Default The M50 has arrived

My M50 was delivered to my doorstep at about 5:30pm... and I rode and rode for about 3 hours straight (stopped for dinner). First time on the M50, and first time driving in traffic with other cars.

I drove alot of back roads around where I live, some nice twist, turns, straights, areas I've been dying to drive.... then after 2 hours into it, evening traffic had died way down, so I thought I'd get a little more adventurous... so I drove on some of the areas major streets with minimal traffic.

I'd say starting out, first time riding in traffic (on my M50) I'd say that I kept forget doing, was to cut off my turn signal... which I know is very dangerous... I need to get better at that.

First day out, I am very please with absolutely everything... I couldn't be more happy. I put almost 50 miles on the bike my first night out

I tell you what... this bike can move. Just wow... much better than I expected.

I was focusing on the road and everything around me so much I forgot what it was I was riding... I had to remind myself "I'm riding MY M50" ... almost seems sureal.

I look forward to many more miles and many more post on the board... thanks for welcoming me to the "family" we've got going here.

(I'll post some of my own pictures soon)

techgesture, somehow i had forgotten the fact that you didn't yet have an M50 because you have had such an M50 aura around you all along

it sounds like you had an excellent bonding experience last nite (something about the M50 makes it always feel that way for me). i'm looking forward to more posts and pictures as you continue to become ONE with your M50

I've done this several times. For some reason, this always draws some stares from folks going by.

Not sure why...my M is a vehicle, and should be allowed to use a drive thru.

Thier probably wondering what the hell do you plan on doing with drive through food once you get it.

or - They are just purely amazed that you can do it

or - They are staring at your awesome bike

or - They are scavengers and think you are an easy target to hit and take your food from you

There could be lots of reasons
