|  M50 riders, what would you change?
For anyone who is an M50 rider, I'd be interested in hearing about the items that you wish were different about the bike after living with it for a while. I really like mine, but there are always improvement opportunities. Here's my list: 1) Fuel Gauge (added in the '07 model I think) 2) Move idiot light cluster up near the speedo so it can be seen more quickly and more often. 3) Dipstick for the oil that measures correctly when the bike is on the kick stand. It realistically takes two people to check the oil on this bike because of the location of the sight glass. 4) Increase the ratio difference between gears, taller 5th. This is a cruiser, not a dragster in my view. I find myself looking for 6th too often. All that said, its a solid machine, its fun to ride, and its a great value for the $$$. It's fun to exchange these kind of ideas, though. Thanks, Dave |
