| I'll try to get some pics later this week. I used the HyperStrips from Custom Dynamics (http://customdynamics.com/hyper_led_accent_lights.htm). Excellent product, affordable, good customer service. Take your time to plan out your locations and to hide your wiring, it'll be worth it in the end. Also, be sure to buy enough lighting. The M50 has a pretty tight engine area, not alot of open areas for lights to reflect through, so you may need at least a stage 2 package to properly light it. I also used some Micro Magic LED's to hit those tough areas, really worked well. The bike really looks good lit up, gets alot of attention. It's posing only if you don't ride, otherwise, you're stylin' and profilin'.

| This guy says he can accessorize my bike with blue led lights all for $150. My question is how much did it cost you to add lights to your bike, how many lights come in a package and how hard was it for you?

| I seen this thread a while back and thought i would have ago. For the grand price of $36. Got some neons at Jaycar $14. x 2 On.off switchs $6. Zip ties .$2 Wired it straight to the battery . I put the switchs ,behind the LEFT pillion peg out of sight and I can switch them on and off while on the move ,or leave them on for a little bit with the motor off. Got a few questions . It say its draws 100mA , Is that much ????????? Im not going to leave them on long with the motor off ,but just wondering if 100ma Is much???? And Their about 7" long and hard plastic like a $1 pen ,so i zip ties them under the tank on to the frame above the motor. QUESTION ,does it get HOT under there ,enough to melt the light ????, I should of tested the heat under there before i put them on . Also ,mine is not a kit ,I had to add switch's and wire it up my self ,if I like it I will buy the full kit for $250 here is OZ. Sled. |
