|  Warning! The Recall Got Me!
Rode home Monday... all was well. Went to remove the key and the strangest thing happend....NOTHING!  The bike stayed on with the key in the off position (or any position for that matter). I had to remove the seat and disconnect the battery.  The kick stand and the Kill switch both killed the engine but I could not kill the ignition. The guages stayed lit as did the headlight and driving lights I indtalled. Took the bike to the dealer today (they had never heard of a bike being stuck with the power "ON"). I had a call withing 2 hours telling me the issue was due to the recall and the bike was fixed. Thought ya'll might like to hear the story. |
