| Does anyone know if the chrome stock mirrors supplied with the C50 will fit straight on to the M50 without any mods needed? Getting non-stock items from the USA can be a hassle down here, as most of the stockers won't/don't ship internationally. I like the look of the C50 mirrors. Would they work on the M50? Most of the far-out looking alternatives don't appeal.

| Thanks Hutz & jk. I had a look at the C50 mirrors today, they have shorter stalks than the M50 OEMs. Do the C50 and VTX 1300/1800 mirrors extend out far enough to give a clear view to the rear both sides? I used to ride sports bikes, and I've seen enough of my elbows to know what they look like by now! I like to see cops sneaking up from a safe distance. Also, do they just fit on with no hassles? (eg different thread sizes etc)

| Apparently all Mirrors on Boulevards are interchangeable, therefore you could try these, the Boulevard Set http://www.oneidasuzuki.com/store/cu...cat=320&page=3

| aussie. I have the C50 mirrors on my bike also and to answer your question...no you will not get the same field of view. The mirror stalk on the M rises shorter and extends farther than the C50. The bars on the C go back and down where ours are more like a drag bar thus the design change in the stalk. I find myself pulling my arms in when I want a full view behind. Still not a deal breaker for me. I think the originals didn't do justice to the elegant lines of the bike so that was my first change. The C mirrors aren't the perfect solution but were cheap (take-offs bought on e-bay) and keep me happy until I shell out for the next round of mods. |

| Before someone points out what an idiot I am I should point out that the stalks can be swapped. Just dawned on me as I was looking at the old mirrors. Took 30sec and swapped one out. Big difference. I'll be in the garage. |
