Default C50 Handlebars on the M50?

Has anyone tried this swap. I know the C50 bars are wider and pull back a little more. Do you think they would fit without new cables? I would like to have a little more reach - 2 or 3 inches would be perfect.

Default M50 Replacement handlebars

I replaced the handlebars on my M50 with Flanders part#650-8511 ordered from Flanders at www.FLANDERSCO.COM. The total price was $112.79 shipping included. I went through three sets of handlebars before I found the right fit. The wires and cables on the M50 limit the pull-back and the width of the bars without replacing the wires and cables. These particular bars have a height of 3.5" (the same as stock) pull-back of 10.25", center width of 5.5" and overall width of 32.5". I have ISO grips on my bike so I had to cut 1" off the ends of the bar to prevent over-stretching the wires and cables. This arrangement is not perfect but much better than before and the new bars are the same style as stock except for about 4" closer to the rider. I hope this helps.
