Default Flames added to M50

Painting is done. Blue/purple ghost flames added to fenders and tank, with the Suzuki "S" incorporated into the Superman logo (that's not sacrilegious to do that on the BatBike, is it?).

Also blackened the exhaust pipes and a portion of the air cleaner cover.

I'll try to place better pictures of the paint job after the weekend, when I can get better sun on it.

I'm happy with the outcome, but I am kinda biased.

Thats cool...Did they have to re-paint everything or they just added the ghost flames over the stock paint?

Actually if you want to get a better pic you need it to be overcast so that there is less glare.

BTW this what I want to do to my M except with a dark purple. Nice to see how it turned out.

Thanks for the suggestion DrG, I'll give it a try this weekend.

That is a repaint on the fenders and tank, then flames added, then clearcoat.

The windshield is a Memphis Shades HellCat, black gradiant. The engine guards are from Lindby.

What is the model on the engine guards. I couldn't find them for the M50.

They look great!

Thanks

Thanks for the nice comments, I'm really happy with how it turned out. But I just got back from the Leesburg, FL BikeFest and was amazed at some of the paint jobs there! There are some incredible artists out there.

Quake: The seat rest is from Fehling, here is a link for the US distributor (Ian Gibbs): ian@twtouring.com

Jaw: Extreme Dave, formally of Extreme Suzuki, hooked me up with the Lindby bars, we used the ones for a C50, no trouble hooking them on. Did a few hundred miles this weekend, pretty comfortable putting the feet up on the highway.

Hope this helps.
