I just received my 2-1's and after putting it all together and starting it up I heard a rattle in the megaphone. Come to find out a small piece of metal was loose inside the baffle. I drilled out the rivets and decided to ride around without the baffle for awhile. WOW it was annoying. I'm honestly not a huge fan of the mid range sound of the exhaust, especially without the baffle, but the lower and higher rpm range without the baffle was ideal. The low cost and better power overrides that though. If anything I'll take some of the fins off the baffle for hopefully a less raspy sound. Now I just need a damn thunder intake.
