| Hi, I have recently fitted a braided brake hose to the front brake of my M50 in the hope to increase braking power. At the same time I fitted some sintered pads from Hien Gerrick. I have done a few hundred miles on them so they are well bedded in. Results are good, I dont have to pull on the brake as hard as before for the same stopping power. IMO very well worth the time and effort to fit. Jeff. |

| Good job thanks. If you don't mind me asking, how much did all that cost?

| Hi, Cost was about £40 uk pounds, dont know the conversion rate to usd. That was for everything including the brake fluid. No problems at all fitting and bleeding the brakes was a breeze. Jeff |

| After 600 K's I found that my brakes were really spongy and in fact I had to take evasive action when a car slammed on its brakes in front of me and I just wasn’t going to stop. So I took my ride in to the dealer and he flushed through some new brake fluid and bleed in the front and an adjustment for the drum. In short, about a 10% improvement in the front and 20% in the back, so much happier. Still going to get the braided line for the front during the first service in a couple of weeks as the rubber line has heaps of give. (I also need to learn that I'm not riding a RGV anymore, now twice the weight and a third of the brakes!)
