Default Lighting help please

Hi, a while back I noticed a mod someone had done by mounting a pair of small driving lights between the forks. It was not expensive and I liked the look and it saved the problem of making a bar to mount them on. I don't know if they were as bright as some but I would like to learn more about it. Problem: I have searched and I cannot find that post. Does anyone here remember it? Thanks for the help.

Then I followed his lead. Mine are amateurish but functional. Have to apologize, didn't read yours right the first time, this one does require fab of a lite bar.

Do an EBAY search for item number 4614813041. They are $60.00 but they sure look nice.

Here's the info you're looking for:
Just finished adding a pair of driving lights to my M. Thanks to NA7A (Bud) for making the bracket for me and the directions. Turned out to be fairly easy mod (45 minutes) and the benefit was well worth it. My night vision has improved dramatically. If you ride at night, you should really consider this.

Lights:Cyber White #NV-501W, 35W Halogens from Pep Boys, $29.99 for the kit. Bud used 55W but my store was out of them, however the 35 watters are still very good.

Bracket: (Made by Bud-NA7A) Bud's words, "I took a piece of aluminum angle, 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 16 ga thick about 14" long. Cut one leg to fit between the shock posts. Drilled the holes to match the holes there are there now and bolted it on. You cant even see that it's there because it looks just like the metal that is there now."

Bolts: (2) 8mm X 1.25" Stainless steel hex (You can use shorter ones also)
