|  Wrong bulbs or Mfg Defect?
Has anyone purchased the 1156A single filament amber bulbs from CC lately. When I received mine, the nipples on the bulb housing were not aligned, but rather offset, like a 'V' shape. As a result the bulbs would not fit into the socket. I checked the voltage and wattage ratings, and everything checked out. So I used my Dremel to grind down one of the nipples just enough so that I could insert the bulbs and still get them to lock in place. Bulbs seem to work just fine. |
