Default weekend work

well this weekend i drilled out my pipes ( 4 1/4" holes in each pipe..only through the first baffle) my drill bits sucked..so it was hard enough getting through the first wall..even with constant wd-40. i like th way it sounds..though still not loud enough for me..i guess i'm going to have to get all new pipes for that. maybe i should drill through the second baffle? or jsut put more holes in the first baffle? i'm worried about losing back-pressure and thus losing bottom end power. i also turned this "elbow" inside the air cleaner to point towards the element. and then had an idiot idea.but tried ait anyways..i put neoprene washers between the two bolts on the front of the air cleaner..this opened up about a 1/4" gap on the front of the air cleaner..i'm not sure if i can tell any diff at all. I havnt ragged my bike enough to be able to detect that small of a change.. I'm sure i didnt do anything, may have even hurt.
