Default seat question

Ok, so i searched the website and did not find what i was looking for. so i'm taking this little 1k mile drive at the end of the month and i'm sure my stock seat kinda blows for riding that far. In this regard, does anyone use some form of external pad on their bikes for longer trips? Most of the responses i found in the forum were for cruisers and not sport bikes.. hence new thread.

These pads seem to be more for cruisers but might be worth consideration. There was a thread on another forum about a year ago where a guy actually liked the bead type pad. I wonder how you don't slide off them however.

As for me, I think I'm just going to get a new seat.

Sargent and Corbin seats cost a little coin, but they are great and they look great.

Get the Buttbuffer pad. I have one and I have used it to no ends. Extends my ride time from butt burn almost four times as long. It doesn't slide off easy and it is easily removed. Just grab it and go. Expect to spend about $85.00 on up to $110.00 depending on where you buy it at.
