 |  seat question Ok, so i searched the website and did not find what i was looking for. so i'm taking this little 1k mile drive at the end of the month and i'm sure my stock seat kinda blows for riding that far. In this regard, does anyone use some form of external pad on their bikes for longer trips? Most of the responses i found in the forum were for cruisers and not sport bikes.. hence new thread.

| These pads seem to be more for cruisers but might be worth consideration. There was a thread on another forum about a year ago where a guy actually liked the bead type pad. I wonder how you don't slide off them however. BeadRider - Beaded Motorcycle Seats Five seat pads compared As for me, I think I'm just going to get a new seat.

 | Get the Buttbuffer pad. I have one and I have used it to no ends. Extends my ride time from butt burn almost four times as long. It doesn't slide off easy and it is easily removed.
