I hope she’s still the same height for us vertically challenged (No jokes please)

They did a nice job this time around making the fairing and the luggage come together.

Nice do they make a trunk for it?

Looks like you are leaning more forward on this one than you do one the older Connies.

I agree... where the traditional Connies were tourers with a modestly sporty “GT” mindset, this looks like a sport-bike adapted to afternoon touring... From the looks, I’m guessing this is taking dead aim at the FJR – nothing wrong with that, good company to be in -- but I looked at an FJR a year back and although I could picture myself on a weekend jaunt across the state, I couldn’t picture my geriatric butt perched on the FJR long enough to log much serious mileage...

Of course once the COG aficionados and the after-market suppliers get done, the new Connie will turn up in as many different variations as riders have imaginations...

Any idea what the fuel tank age is...

Risers and a different saddle would be a must.

The new Connie is a stunning bike, sure to give the FJR some serious competition. Heck, maybe even pull a few BMW guys, too!

Wow, the "new" Connie is really gorgeous but that big honking ugly muffler is killing me.....Hopefully the aftermarket will be doing some homework and provide something better looking!

No joke.... Just a comment.... Funny as hell.... My riding buddy 'Shify' actually owns a Conny that IS vertically challanged..... It just can't seem to stand upright! I've seen her fall over at least 3 times myself, and while standing still!!!! Just laughing by myself right now.... Anyhow...

Anyone seen one at a dealer yet? Haven't seen one in person yet. When are they suppose to hit dealers?

Haven't you heard? That's the new industry std. I think it's really done so that it's easier to just remove the muffler and put on an aftermarket pipe. Maybe it's wishful thinking.

Isn't the correct answer "If you have to ask, you can't afford it?"

as far a pipe for the concours, take a look at Area P and yes this blows away FJR's, BMW's and everything else that dares get in my way. I love my Concours, picked it up in sept. and have logged 7000 awesome miles from the coast hwy (CA.) to commuting to work everyday. there is not a better SPORT/touring bike on the market today. One of my sons has the new Hyabusa and his friend has a new ZX-14. three of us rule the road and have fun doing so. Commuting in heavy traffic brings a whole new meaning to traffic as I lay waste to everything going "slow" in the fast lane. What happened to "slow traffic stay to the right"?

YES, Fast is good. This thing is addictive, just a little throttle and I am well over any legal limit, and I have a blast doing so. The new Concours is an awesome bike and I can't wait to get out on it everyday.

I just noticed that Two Brothers & Muzzy are making decent looking exhaust systems for the 14. Hmmmmm
