Default 96 kat front end wobble

Hey folks! I have a 96 kat 750 with 14,000 miles on it that I've been fixing up for the past 2 months, little things like brake caliper rebuild, gaskets etc. My problem is I just noticed a slight wobble in the front end that I haven't noticed before. The steering does not stick or grind like a bearing problem so I'm kinda confused. I've only rode the bike 5 or 6 times 10- 15 miles each. Any idea of what it could be? Can this be a major problem or is it as simple as tire pressure? It only happens when going over small rut in the road etc.. It just doesnt seem stable, but it's not a constant type of wobble. Thanks in advance!

Tire could be out of ballance
Tire may have spun on the rim
Tire is cupped
Rim is bent
Wheel bearing is bad
Forks need a rebuild
Steering stem needs to be tightend to spec.
One fork leg could be bent

Any number of things can cuase this condition but 90 percent of the time it is tire/wheel related.
