Sorry for not getting back to some of you that offered advice sooner.

just went and re-read the original thread....wow, I didn't know it was gonna end up like that !!

Well long story short, we checked the threads they looked good. retightened with out loctite or anything and it is running super strong. I am still baffled as to why two different plugs backed out completely after being retightened. We tightened again and has been fine for the past couple months and this guy puts a ton of seat time on that bike and runs it hard! A real mystery to me still.
