Default Coaxing a bike awake after a long winter sleep?

When I put my bike away for winter I tore down the bike to do a few mods. Nothing major; Dynojet kit, replace valve cover, and oil pan gasket, new exhuast. I get all excited I finally have everything done.... and now the bike won't start. Wah wah waaaaaa.....

I have a fully charged battery, good fuel. Im pretty sure I have all my fuel lines hooked up correct. I set the fuel on Prime and crank away....

Exhuast back fires every now and then and wont start. Sounds like the bike wants to fire but back fires and wont start. Im guessing the new Dynojet kit has something to do with it. Anyone have any ideas?

I didnt mess with the timing, or really anything major, so Im guessing its fuel related. Unless I have the plugs wires in wrong, correct me if Im wrong but it is; 1-2-3-4 when you are sitting on the bike.
