|  Have to prime to start
Hi all, Hoping someone can help me. I have an 02 Kat 750 that now has 7,000 kms. I admit I drive it a little hard, although not anywhere near its limits. Anyway, recently I've found I have to turn the fuel knob to Prime to get it to start. Also, I've smelled rubber burning upon start up... like immediately after starting, before anything really gets a chance to heat up (except maybe the headers, and perhaps it's just a piece of rubber hose or something touching the exhaust... I'll have to check closer on that). Anyway, anyone else have this problem? |
