1995 Katana throttle problems, REALLY NEED HELP - Motorcycle-Journal Forums

i have a 1995 katana 750 and needed some advice on my throttle problems. i had rescently picked up the bike not to long ago and before i bought it, it was sitting for a couple of years. i changed the spark plug made sure the wires were good, and cleaned all the carbs. i put the bike back together it started up fine idled good i let it warm up but when i went to pull the throttle back the engine fell flat on its face, it hesitates with the throttle wide open. but with the throttle cracked its fine. when you hold the throttle wide open it will sit there and bog and bog while the rpms slowly rise but when it reachs about 5000 its fine. i dont know what to do, i cleaned everything that there is to clean engine wise. I REALLY NEED HELP, PLEASE GET BACK TO ME.
