Hello there, i'm a little new at this so if i leave anything out please let me know. Okay, i traded an atv for a 96 katana 600, i checked the bike over before trading and there were a few problems i found, but nothing major, test rode it and everything was gravy, besides a small carb issue. Any ways to make a long story short, it was pouring down rain, i cut the inspection a tad bit short, there were problems getting new titles on both parts, and it ended up sitting for a few months while we worked things out. The other day i went out and started tinkering with everything i knew was problematic and came across something i have very little experience with, it seemes as though the only light that works on my bike is the headlight! No tail lights, blinkers, marker lights, brake lights, nothing but a headlight. All fuses are okay, but there are some plugs that aren't plugged to anything, and i can't find anything they would plug to, or anything, could this be my light issue? Also, the guy i got it from put green LED lights all over it to light it up with a green glow, i know the LEDs worked when i got it, and am almost positive the tail/ brake lights worked, I have no idea if the blinkers/markers worked because they were not hooked up when i got it, they were in a box. The plugs are both on the right side directly in front of the fusebox. One is just two wires sticking out with the connector tips that slide into each other, but i don't see why there would be a light that would be hooked up right where my knee is, and the other is a small white plastic connector, with two prongs on the inside, it looks as though it would be a "female" side of the plug and has two wires, one that is green with a blue stripe, and the other is red, not sure if that one has a stripe. If you could and are willing to help me please do. I would love to be able to ride this thing, but without lights to make me visable, i don't see that happening. Please Help Me!!! and i would like to appologize for the statement i made at the beginning of this saying "to make a long story short". Looking back over what i just wrote, it seems as though i have just made a long story slightly less long. I have some crappy pics of the plugs, taken with a camera phone, if you would like to see them let me know.
