Default Katana 1100 hard to start

Hello new user this is my 1st post on here.I have a 1993 gsx1100fp Katana that I bought new in 1993.My problem is , Its hard to start & when it does it will not keep running.I had the carbs cleaned & reset but to no avail. The bike was running great, Then all of a sudden it started to act up I noticed it cut out on one cylinder then 2 then 3 and finally all four. The battery is fully charged and I even tried jump starting it from my car battery.Valves are set to specs.Electrics OK. It seems like its not getting fuel to the carbs. Do you guys think its something to do with the vacuum from the fuel tap. I have workshop manual but it does not show where all the fuel and vacuum lines go to.Any help will do as I tried all I can think of.
