Lightbulb Scorpion Slip on Exhaust!!

I just ordered the oval stainless slip on exhaust from scorpion for my 2006 Kat 600. I'll post a review later to help out others who are interested in what it does for ya bike.

Stay tuned

here is a pic of the scorpion and what it looks like on my bike. only thing is I might need to put some sealant around the connection where the pipe meets the clamp cause it's a little air leakage but not alot to where you would notice unless you put your hand to it to feel it. The pipe sounds good I think I will stick with the kat and forget about the GSXR now that it sounds like a lion instead of a kitten

Last but not least after putting a few miles on it with the Scorp on I notice a little bit of improvement power wise, the gas mileage is the same and it helps get the attention of those darn tail-gaters. Had to rev it up the other day so they would get from behind me. Then they look at me like "oops were sorry, we didn't know you didn't like being followed so closely" So it's a good investment I think.

looks good, any way you have the tools to get a sound byte on here? I've heard a few people mention Scorpion but I have yet to hear one. I'm still leaning toward the Yoshi RS-3 because it and the D&D are the only two I've heard.

I paid around $300 for mine, If you could get a brand new yosh for the same price then I probably would go for the yosh, although I haven't heard one on a Kat, rumor has it that their made for suzuki bikes

Lightbulb Yoshimura Exhaust

Can anyone tell me the diffrence that i Yoshimura exhaust can do for a 1998 GSX 600F Katana? I just want someone else thought about it. Some people have told me that it increases the Horse Power by 8. True or False?

Are you talking about a Yoshi slip-on, or a full system? Your not going to
an incress of the HP like that from a slip-on.

I just bought a stainless scorpion exhaust for my 06 kat 750 and I love it!! It looks great on my black and chrome bike and the sound is great. It was also pretty easy to install. I'm a newbie to the sport bike world but so far its been fun. By the way I paid $290 for mine but I found them at Scorpion Slip-On Exhaust Canister - Suzuki GSX750F Katana - Scorpion Motorcycle Exhaust and Air Filters - KneeDraggers.com for $250

OK - I have narrowed my search to these two Scorpion Slip-On Exhaust Canister - Suzuki GSX750F Katana - KneeDraggers.com and eBay Motors: New Suzuki Katana GSX 750 GSX750 Yoshimura RS-3 Exhaust (item 230209127576 end time Jan-09-08 15:32:46 PST)

I honestly think the scorpion may look a little nicer BUT am confused cos I havent heard either of them ......not many Katana owners in Perth
