Has anyone noticed this yet? On my 07 Sportster I changed out the footpegs to a custom peg (both front and passenger), when I removed the stock pegs the factory had installed a spacer made from an old rusted cut-up piece of metal in order to make the pegs movement tight. This looked like somthing I would do but was shocked that Harley did it. No big deal but I thought it was kind of cheap of them to do this with all chrome around it. My new pegs need a thicker spacer anyway because they seem to be worse for clearance then the stock ones, the passenger pegs will not stay up so I will use my own type of spacers to fix this. Anyone else have this issue? |
