Rickster, just kidding about all neighborhoods. My first photo shoot on my old M50 was at night and this time on my Harley it was just a convenience thing. Quick photo shoot kind of thing and the garage door provided a good back drop. I plan to get some video and sound shots soon.

all this fancy talk. The pictures were taken inside because if the neighbors saw a new bike, one of the kids would have to vandalize it with a can of spray paint.

Omegajim, there is some truth to that in my neighborhood. I long for the day to move out to the country! At my age, that will most likly be in a pine box up on a hill.

Welcome NA7A! Sorry for the late "how do ya' do". Nice scoot you got there. I had a chance to sit on a nightster the other day and I know exactly what you mean about feeling like a toy. First thing I'd do to that bike is add some forward controls. Otherwise, that nightster is something I'd really like as a 2nd (or 3rd Peace.

Thanks for the welcome PBS. The Sportster Custom comes standard with forawrd controls as I am sure you knew. Yea, that Nightster is a really cool bike. The local dealer here must have about 5 of them but I guess they go fast. There is some cool pics at sportster.org of some Nightsters in the Boutique section. Just choose the year 2007 for a search and you will see them. A couple of guys added some cool ape hangers on them. But for my size, as soon as I mounted the Custom, I knew that was the right bike. The dealer told me if I were to mount forward controls on the Nightster it would be the same as the Custom. I told him if he would mount them up for me to try that I would consider it but no go on that one. By the way, LOL on your signature post. Last edited by NA7A; 07-11-2007 at 09:44 AM. |
