Default 1997 GSXR750 Cam Timing

Anyone have any idea how to set the timing back once the cams are re-installed from a GSXR750? I have tried a few tricks and can't seem to get it right. Help!!!

i think u have to do it by the gears on the cams but iam not shure. i have a 94 gsxr 750 and my is done on the cams gears..
