Default custom tail light turn signal idea

im getting ready to take the bike appart and paint the whole bike flat black, and im going to be putting a c50 rear fender on my m50. however i wont be using the factor c50 taillight or liscenplate mounting i'm going to fiberglass in the hole that is left after removing the above parts.

what im wanting to do is mold the license plate into the rear fender, as some others on here have done, but as far as the lighting goes im wanting to go a completely different direction.

I was at walmart in a clearance aisle a few months back and came across an liscense plate frame for a car. It had a white led lighting system to keep the plate lit up, but when the brakes were applied the light would shine red instead of white. thus the liscense plate would reflect red. I figured with a little customization you could probably through turn signals into the mix and the plate would reflect the turns signals amber or red color from the side.

I thought for sure some custom motorcycle company would have made something like this long before i thought to adopt the idea, but i can't even find the one for a car now.

Looks like i will have to make something like this cause i can't seem to find what im looking for. i do realize that during the day time this would not work, so i am still going to need lighting for daytime use. but i think that backoff quad bar license plate frame is way overdone.

also anyone know how visible led tail lights are during the day?
