Default painting farings

Has anyone ever painted there bike and regreted it. I have a 2001 gsxr750 with the blue and white paint scheme. Anyways my wheels and swingarm are getting chromed. Frame and misc pieces are polished. I have all the plastic off and thinking of painting it a brighter blue with the decals put back on in chrome. But im afraid of wanting the stock colors and paint scheme back after its painted. O it will be around 250 to have it painted so the money isnt really a factor.
Thanks

If money is not a factor, I'd go for it. You can always have it repainted to stock look.

ever hear of photoshop? Send me a picture of your bike and a picture with the color that you want to paint it as. Then I'll send you back a pic of what it will look like.

i'll admit that the eye candy forum is pretty slow, but not slow enough to drag up a 3 month old post. The bike is prolly done now.
