Default Pics from weekend rally.

My wife and I attended the Shediac Motorcycle Rally this past weekend. We started out from our place at 10:30 am to rendez vous in Shediac at the World's Biggest Lobster at 11.

178 bikes left there and rode about 50 km to Sackville NB to join up with the Tantramar Toy Run. With our cash or toy donation we received a free Quarter Pounder a door prize ticket and a Doo rag. From there, over 400 bikes rode another 25 km to a school where they had auctions and door prize draws. I didn't win anything.

When we left there on our own, the skies were threatening. We rode another 40 km back to Shediac. About 20 of those kms were in a torrential down pour. We got soaked. Luckily my sister in law lives there and we were able to stop there and dry up before the lobster dinner and casino night for more prizes. My wife won a MGD Harley hoodie. Anyhoo, I thought I'd share.

It's just one of those touristy things, it's not real. It's the linked picture in the post. If you look close you can see people standing by it.

RM, it was probably cold to your standards, but it was a nice early Autumn day for us. About 21 degrees celsius. (just over 70 F) Until it rained and that made for Cold riding. This is the best time of year to ride.

That bike won a prize for oldest bike. It was a 1953 Ariel.

Looks like a good time Kevin. Thanks for the pics. It's nice to see other places that are out of my reach!
