I think about 9 including me. I think maybe six of them are meeting in eastern NC and riding over together. Another is from north GA, one from east TN and me from north AL.

Yeah not a good weekend of me. I know your all disappointed that I can't make it.

Hey DJ, are you sure your even gonna get up those mountains on that thing???!!! You may need to do the Fred Flintstone routine to make it!

Yeah, I'm interested to find out. For the heck of it I did a little math- my M50 had 1 hp for every 12.2 pounds of bike weight. My thumper has 1 hp for every 10.2 pounds of bike weight. It's pretty darn torquey with a stroke that's 20mm longer than what my M50 had. Trade-off is top speed is only about 90 mph but don't need to go any faster than that.

So I'm looking forward to riding the Gap on it.

Something so light and flick-able would be unbelievably fun up there.
