Sean,

Add Steve and Terrie SanFilippo & Dell and Danielle Burkes to the rooms list. Terrie works in my Jacksonville office and she & her hubby as well as their neighbors are coming along. Terrie said both rooms are in her name.

Anyone else in the Jax area? They're talking about possibly trailering up.

I just recieved my email confirmation. My friend, Justin, and I are IN! We'll be trailering in as well. We may also have another rider with us, but his Harley is down and he won't commit until he's sure it's running right.

Default NEW Phone number for Reservations

Hey all - I just got off the phone with Sean (STP1971). He said there's a new reservations phone number we need to start using. The other number rings to Susan's desk and apparently she can't make reservations from her office machine anymore.

The new phone number is 1-800-251-2040 ask for Dee or just make sure you tell them you're with MJ.com and want to be put on the group rate.

4 MONTHS and counting!!!!!

This sure is getting to be a long thread, and we still have 4 months to go, kind of makes me wonder how many posts we will end up with.

Maybe we should have a contest to see who can come closest to guessing the total number of posts before June 1st. The winner would have to be present to win, and we could have a boobie prize for whoever was furthest off.

We could make it something fun, like the looser has to wash the winners bike, or maybe the winner gets a free ride patch, and the looser has to wear a diaper on the Dragon. Any thoughts? Ideas?

Maybe a different choice for the loser. Wearing diapers while operating a vehicle is too sensitive of a topic here in Central Florida right now. ("Houston, we have a problem.")

I have some things that need to be worked out before I can book my room. I'll try and not wait till the last minuet like last year. Having a roommate worked out fine, your easy to get along with, but I'll feel better if I have it all set up ahead of time. I know that I can always cancel later if I have to, but I hate to do that, so I'll just wait a while yet.
Yes I had a mishap, moving around a stopped car. As I was getting to the front of the car and pulling into the correct lane, the vehicle started moving and clipped my back tire. I was starting to accelerate and the bump caused me to lurch backwards and grab a fist full of throttle. The front went 12:00 in an instant. I was leaning to the left so when the front came back down hard, the right leg hit the brake lever and locked the lever below the frame causing the wheel to lock. I tried to save the bike but ended up dropping it on the left side. $4K later the bike is back in great shape, none the worse for wear.
I may have close to 20K miles on it by the Gatlinburg trip. Hope to see you there.
