Haugens Cruise Night - Motorcycle-Journal Forums

For anyone in the GTA Haugen's have a cruise night every Thursday. Sometimes there are over a 1000 bikes there.It is located on highway 12 just south of Durham 21 in Manchester.
GT power sports have demo rides every week alternating between Yamahas and Suzukis

Sounds good, I've been meaning to head out there one week. I think they have some big event in sept, but I would like to check it out before that. Maybe we can get a ride this thursday meet some where near the 401 and head up there. Just a suggestion.

Brad , a bunch of guys meet at Brock st and Taunton Rd at the Petro Canada station, they then head up to Haugen's at around 5-15 pm. They are members of the Durham Cruisers but anyone is welcome to ride with them.My buddy is a member but I ride up with them , there is often guys riding with them that are not club members. Hope to see you there. My name is Nick and I'm on the Gray M50. I go up with these guys even when my buddy doesn't go .

Hey Nick, not sure if I can make it for 5-515, I usually work until 430. So I am trying to arrange meeting with RicoChet and just go to Haugens, or just wait for my wife to get home and head up with her, she gets home around 530. And of course weather permitting, they call for thunderstorms, hopefully they are in the morning.

Yep, the weather don';t look to good but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. We can look out for eachother up there then if you can't make it to the petro canada station.I have never seen another Gray M50 up there before so we should be able to find each other no problem.If we don't make it to this one we can just keep trying !.

Alright it now looks to be rain free tomorrow night so my wife and I will be heading up to Haugens tomorrow. Welcome to Haugen's Famous Chicken & Ribs Barbeque Restaurant What time do things get started? We should be there around 7-730. I'll look for the OTHER grey M50
Anyone else interested?

Well I was wrong, the weather sucks. I will try to make it next thursday.

Same here Brad. They have a free draw prizes plus a fifty fifty draw at around 8pm, then things usually start to wrap up .At least it seems that way, I have always left shortly after 8 and it seems that a lot of others are starting to get going but its quite possible things go on longer.
