Outlaw, move me somewhere between the attending (not stayin in hotel) list and the unsure list. I want to do the ride but I have a lot going on right now. My son is getting married...............outdoor wedding at my house. So I have a honeydo list from hell.

I'd like to. If work slows down maybe I will tag along for a while. My mom lives in west jefferson, nc (ash county) a few miles from blue ridge and probably 1 1/2 hrs from asheville i think. If I can work things out maybe I'll tag along and go up there. I haven't seen them in them in years. Plus weather permitting, I have no bags, rain stuff or anything.

next year will be different though, if it wasn't for the fact that I started a new job a month and half ago, one that I like and pays well to (which is great)and work a second to pay for my habits

. I'd say f-yuck it and go.

funds won't allow that. Besides I have two little one at home and the lady of the house would go crazy if I stayed gone that long.

Wish i could make this one. I cancelled out on the trip to Pigeon Forge with the Misfits due to insufficient funds. Upcoming bling is diverting all extra funds to it. But anyways,, I hope you guys have a blast up there. I'll be helping Pete and Rae load the trucks on Saturday while you guys are cruising the parkway. He is scheduled to depart to Cali on the 25th,, so myself, "J", and BlackholeKelley will be going to Jacksonville to help out and say bon voyage.

Actually he helped me decide against a Sporty 883/1200 and get into the M50so I owe him. Definately not a stereotypical Harley rider.

Well he was just looking out for himself. If all Harley riders ride only with other Harley riders,,,who will be able to ride to the next town to get help when they all break down???? You are just a glorified GOPHER!!!!!

My understanding is we are meeting in North Carolina on Saturday and riding along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Just look for the guys on the motorcycles, it'll be us. We should stand out, doubt there will be too many people up there.

But then again, maybe Outlaw can give more detailed instructions.
