Now, that's tomorrow - as in the day after today, not tomarrow - which is next month for ArkanCarolinians, right?

Well unfortunately I'm most likely not going to make it Jerry. I'll be dumping some money into my truck and computer and simply ran out of extra.

BUT I will make it out in that area next year whether we have a large ride like June again or not.

I realize it is early, but any folks want to meet up on the way down? I live 5 minutes from I-75 and will be taking that all the way to Knoxville.
Outlaw, the rooms are a couple of dollars cheaper if you book them online, but I didn't see any place to put the reservation code in...

Not sure if I will stay in the hotel or what...

I'm still in for the ride, but $ prevent staying over night, plus I only live about an hour from the hotel. I can meet everyone in there in the AM. By the way anyone going up Hwy25 threw SC please feel free to stop by.

Hey Outlaw, what time are you leaving out Saturday morning? I might just meet you guys instead of staying Friday night. And what is the route?

i'm having trouble loading up the route. i would like to leave around 9:30ish. the route takes us up the blueridge to grandfather mountain. there is a deviation from the blueridge at the end to actually get to grandfather mt. we can have lunch there. we will return back down the blueridge a ways and deviate around hwy 226. that will take us thru a place called little switzerland. the roads thru there are comparible to the dragon so it will be very challenging. i will have to get back on the map as i can't remember the rest at the moment. we will be back to the hotel around 3 or 3:30 sose we can party a little together.

The room reservation is made! So, the hard part is going to be waiting for the 22nd of next month! The ride down is going to be around 400 miles and this is my first big trip. What should I take? I have saddlebags on the way and need to fill them with stuff. I plan on taking some tools and a small container of coolant (just in case). What tire repair kits would everyone recommend?

Still interested. Start new job first week of September. Don't know yet how my Friday's will work. 9 to 10hr ride for me to get there. Still working out some details. Not sure if I'd need a room Friday night. Anyone splitting rooms?

i made this ride a few years ago, fantastic ride
if you are in the area dont forget to stop in Maggie Valley
and check out the place called wheels through time.
great old time bikes and they all still run and are rideable.

the third pic is a bike called a Troub this is the only one known about
and no info has been found on it since it was uncovered during a construction job in Chi town and they found it sealed in a room that had the door way bricked up in a building that was being remolded.
