Anybody know of any rides in northeastern pa. or southern New York state for this summer?

It's not quite NEPA exactly, but since my parents have done this ride for years, figured I'd share...

It's for a good cause, and aparently is a nice ride, especially with all the bikes that show up every year.

They usually have a group meet up in Wilkes Barre and link up in Danville with the main group for the Geisinger Childrens' Miracle Network run.

There is the SPCA benefit ride June 18. It leaves from the SPCA near Pocono Downs. Usually, a great ride.

I am in the works of planning a run to benefit our deployed soldiers in Iraq. I hope to do it in April. I will post it if it happens.

And don't forget The Ride For Diane Annual Run. Check it out at http://www.ridefordiane.com/.

I am South of Scranton, but north of Wilkes Barre.

If you are in Hallstead, you might want to look into the Ride for Diane. That one runs up above Carbondale. Nice riding up around there.

Incidentally, I will be in Montrose on Friday.

I'm guessing Moosic or Pittston. Maybe Old Forge.
