Default Only 1 Wk. to Thunder Beach

It's only 1 more wk. and Thunder Beach rolls into town.

Any one coming to town for the fun? Big rides take place Sat. & Sun. You can't miss Rate The Rack contest. Any one know what Rate the Rake contest would be

Hope to see some of you this wk.end.

Talking

Talk Sean into going, and hook him up with any Bimbo.
Maybe book a booth, deprived(depraved) biker, seeks woman over 19.

Hey RM,,,actually Kelley and I are tossing the idea around of maybe trying to get off early Friday and ride down there. He met two girls that said they are going down there bikeless and they would want to ride with us if we went. They gave him their phone numbers(told you Kelley was a chick magnet,,I taught him well,he stole my Mo-Jo) and they said to give them a call if we decide to make it down there.

The only problem is he promised the Fire Station he works and volunteers for that he would bring his bike over there for bike safety day Saturday. That whole Fire Rescue theme and the fact that he volunteers there kinda obligates him to the Station.

Will have to see if he can go or not. I told him I need to know an answer no later than Tuesday or Wednesday. That way I can maybe get off 1/2 day to leave to be there by Friday evening.

If it looks like it is going to materialize then I will let you know,,Sean.

Hey, I am already excited that you are just thinking of coming for the wk.end.

I hope Kelly can arrange to get out of his oblications. I know you guys would have a ball. If you do decide to come let me know ASAP and I will make sure I don't make any appts. for Fri. that way I can play with you two most of the day. The offer is still open for you to stay with us.

Beach during the day, riding at night, oh yeah,, that seafood festival is going on too. I will hopefully know something today or tomorrow. Tell Carlos hey!!!!

Yes, you better get some new trunks (hee hee). It was really warm here this wk.end so the beach was the best place to be. Tons go on during the days too I find it's hard to sqeeze it all in. Carlos is excited about you guys coming too. He really enjoyed you both.

Sat. scenic ride will be fun we are meeting a group from the VTX board to all go to the start point together you will enjoy the guys too. After the scenic tour we are all going to go to lunch at Cylpso a really cool place on the beach. Oh, there's lots of women there. We had lunch there yesterday it was packed you would have been exhausted by all the babe watching.

Hope to see you, Friday.

Hey Kelley cannot make it. I am still tossing around the idea. Will have to see how I feel towards the end of the week. I prepped my boss for a 1/2 day Friday. I may still come down there and either trailer the bike or ride it. Never rode three hundred miles by myself before. I may just do it. Got to get my walkman ready for a ride.

If I have a problem you two have a trailer,, I could always give you two a call. Let me do some pondering and see how I feel come Wednesday or Thursday.

Hopefully I will be able to come down there. I had fun hanging out with you two Labor Day weekend as well. Later, Sean

Thumbs up Just Do It

Hey Sean - glad to hear you may be coming down. It would be a blast if you made it down.

Given that you'd be riding solo - you may be better off pulling the bike down. That way you'll be fresh for all the babes when you get here.

I am going to watch the storm and see what it does. I also have a back therapy thing tomorrow where they stick me in this high tech stretch rack (IDD) and it usually takes a toll on my back for a week. If I am feeling ok Thursday and the weather looks good I might just take a half day and probably trailer down there that way I am not too beat when I get there.

I definately want to check out that seafood festival. Pray the Hurricane stays away.
Well I will let you two know Thursday what the plan is. If I leave from work then I can probably be there no later than 6:00 pm EST.

Well bedtime for Bonzo...

Aren't you obligated to bring the official "MetricThunder.com" vendor trailer with you since you are a rep?

I should probably leave it at the house if I go. Too much wind drag!!!!! If gasoline goes back up again I am SO going to be pee-ed!!!! Seems every time I want to go on a road trip a hurricane comes around and gasoline goes out of sight.

Looking forward to meeting you.

Yea,, they got "Misplaced" at Ginnie Springs. I went into the shower house to wash off from tubing the river and when I got back to the campsite I noticed they were no longer in my possession. Either they got thrown away or someone wanted them more than me.

Hey just got thrown a curve ball by work. Might be stuck here full day Friday and possible on call Saturday..... Thanks Hurricane Rita(stupid Witch). I will PM you or call you but not looking good for me. If I am on call then I have to be within a two hour radius. Comes with the territory I guess.

But hey,, at least you will be dry for the weekend!!!!!! I am DEFINATELY going to come down there for the spring rally. I will need the dates because I am going to put in for it for vacation when it comes around at the end of the year.

Maybe there will still be some warm riding weather there still in a few months. You guys have fun and ride safe!!!!
