Default What piston size?

I have a 98 RM 125 and need a new piston. How do I no what size to get? Dennis Kirk has a choice of 53.94mm, 53.95mm, 53.96mm, 53.97mm. How do I know which one. Mike the piston or cylinder? Thanks.

Listen you have a Nikasil Cylinder and unless it is damaged all you need is the standard size piston. I recommend you use the OEM Suzuki stock piston and rings. that way you do not risk getting the wrong size.

Side note....

Replace the wrist pin and needle bearing and c clips when doing a top end.

I realize I need standard bore. But which one is standard bore? In the past, this was a no brainer.

whoaaaa
What happened to the old one?
If it damaged at all the cylinder, you'll have to get it bored out, and get a bigger piston also...

You can not bore the cylinder. If it is damaged it will need replating.

www.mt-llc.com go on that site and read about it. They do all my cylinder work.
