| The clutch in my sons RM85L has started dragging suddenly. Its dragging while hot and cold. You can't start the bike in gear either. The only thing I have done is changed the oil to Cheveron Delo 400 which I use in my WR's. I tore the clutch down and checked for wear and the drive plates are in spec but the driven plates are out of spec or warped right on the limit .003. Would changing the oil cause this. The drive plates are not discolored and worn. The basket looks good not wear at all. Any suggestions before I invest in new driven clutch plates. |
