1995? DR250 wont start - Motorcycle-Journal Forums

ive had this bike for a while and now when i try to start it something starts clicking coming from the battery area... it doesnt even try to turn over
anyone have a clue what this is?

oh and fyi im a car guy, yes i know about bikes, thats why i have one, but not everything

Well first thing comes to mind is a dead battery. Try Jump starting it.

yep - i would agree. dead battery. the clicking noise is probably the solenoid on the starter motor trying to kick in.
