| Well I've got the tank welded up and put back on, blew the crap outa the carb and it now runs great. Only problem is I don't go anywhere The bike is a 77 or 78 75TS With the bike in first gear I can give it all its got and go nowhere, until I give it a push with my feet It will slowly move forward. If I lift the back tire off the ground it will spin, but under any type of load It wont move. Please bare with me now as I am quite new with dirtbikes ANY help will be great Thank you all for your time, Brad |

| Brad, Ultimately it comes down to stack height, surface tolerance, spring height, and basket wear on any wet clutch system. Get a book and determine stack height, and go from there. While the clutch is apart, lay the disc and the plates on a piece of glass to help determine if they have been warped. Check for excessive wear on the basket fingers and clutch plates. You may also need to check spring height, as the springs will fatigue over time and cease to function. All in all, you will need a book and some precise measurement devices. If you don’t have any calipers etc. it may be a viable option to just purchase a clutch kit if one is available. Good luck!
