I have a 2003 DRZ 400 and I put a Yosh exhaust kit on and put a performance intake cam on. It sounds great and the power increase is very noticeable.

Also, check out Topar racing .com They have some good disc brake guards. If you really want some power check out Thumper .com They have kits to take your bike up to 470 ccs.

Vibrant Z, If You Don't Want To Blow A Whole Bunch Of Money And Make This Bike Come Alive: Fmf Power Core 4 Sa, Main Jet, And A 52 Tooth Rear Sprocket. I Did This To My '02. The Bike Rocks And Runs Great! Traded My Yzf 450 Racer For A Sled For My Wife Thinking I Wasn't Going To Ride/race Anymore, Broken Back. Picked Up The Z Just To Ride With My Kids. The Bike Was So Weak In Stock Form I Had To Rip My Arms Out Of The Socket To Get The Front End Up. Could Not Believe The Difference With The Fmf Pipe. I Am A Woods Racer And Loved The Hard Hitting Power And Weight Of The Yzf's But The Z Handles Much Better Than The 450 In The Woods And Being Able To Crack The Throttle And Loft The Front End Of The Z With The New Pipe Makes This Bike A Potent Weapon In The Woods. $185 For The Slip-on, $2 For The Main Jet, And $29 For The Sunstar Steel 52t Sprocket Through Ironpony.com
