Default 2000 rm125 electrical

Hello folks, I'm new here, from what I have seen ya'll seem like a helpful bunch of people. So here is my problem: I have a 1998 rm125 that lost a crank bearing. I came by a 2000 rm125 motor and thought I would use it. I bought a new electronics box, coil, and a wiring harness (1). The harness I have plugs into the pigtail coming off the motor, but there is 2 plugs on this pigtail coming off the motor. Any idea what the 4 wire plug goes too? The harness I have plugs into a 6 wire plug coming from the flywheel and goes to the coil, cdi box and the kill switch. I can't imagine what else there is in the system. Please help if you can. Thanks, Caddy63

I have a manual. Sorry but I didn't look in the back of the book.....anyway I found it now. Is the rectifier/condenser a separate unit or is it contained in the flywheel area? It looks to me as if I need a power jet carb and the rectifier/condenser. Anybody know any details?
