hi. the transmission oil capacity will depend on the year of your bike. All rm 125 manuals i have from 77 to 2005 state that 650 ml or .7u.s.qt is the recomended quantity.I use castol mtx 2stroke gear oil in both my rm 250 and 70 hp rd350lc.iv'e been using this oil for ten years or so and have had absolutly no problems with it.Cheap too only $10 aus.for i litre bottle. At the end of the day tho, use a good quality two stroke transmission oil, filled to the right capacity and you will be right.ps dont mix a synthetic oil with a mineral oil. They dont mix well. hope this helps. Ash.
