Default Suzuki 100 cci help

Wow great site. Im trying to find out some information regarding this bike suzuki 100 cci. We received it free as a project bike.
We know very little about motorcycles so we are learning as we go along.
First it was seized up couldn't kick it over. Took out the plugs and shot some lps into the cylinder and let it sit. Didn't help so we took off the head. This freed it up so we put it back together. Managed to kick it over about 40 times but the darn thing seized again. Took it apart but this time pulled the piston right out of the head. Hmm what next? Try to kick it over with the piston hanging there and still seems seized, Should I be able to kick it over at this point?
Questions:
I believe this is a 2 stroke bike. Is there suppose to be oil in the bottom end? Took off the rubber plug and looked in and it is dry? We filled up the oil canaster on the bike with good 2 cycle oil before attempting to start
Any help or direction greatly apprediated

I suggest you enlist the help of somone that has some experience with 2 stroke motorcycle engines. I could type for hours and it would not be of any help to you as you need some basic engine knowledge to repair this bike......

Sorry not trying to be a jerk about it but just being honest

when you say "We filled up the oil canaster..." what do you mean by "oil canaster" does this bike have an oil holder, or do you mean inside the gearbox? You will absolutly need oil in the gearbox, but not 2 cycle oil, gear oil(10w40). Also make sure that the piston os very clean and no scored at all. If it is scored then chances are you will never get the bike going without a new piston, rings and cylinder honing.

First step: make sure that the engine still moves, when you have the cylinder and head off you should be able to kick it over. The piston will move up and down VERY freely if it is in working order.
Second step: Determine if this is a two stroke or not. This can be done by looking where the piston connecting rod(the shaft connected to the piston) goes into the engine block. If it is sealed off from the crankcase then you have a two stroke. If you can see gears and stuff you have a four stroke.

Hope this helps!!!

Default piston will not move freely;(

Thanks for the great info. I have removed the piston . Can't get the engine to kick over will not move freely. The engine is in neutral when I do this. The piston rod and crank shaft will not turn. Something is seized in the engine. Any idea, bearing, crankshaft. Probably not worth fixing. We will open up the engine to get a better look
cheers

Doesnt look like there is any oil in the gear box;(
