Unhappy suzuki rm 250; disc brake

Hi I Took The Caliper Off My Front Wheel On My Rm250 To Change The Tyre. But Now I Dont No How To Get It Back On Properly. I Took The Resivwar Lid Off And Pushed The Caliper Piston Back Then Put The Pads Back In And Pumped It But Then The Wheel Wouldnt Turnn, It Was Like Brakes Where Contantly Applied. I Was Told To Hold The Brake In Hard And Open The Nipple To Let It Blead Then Tighten The Nipple Back Up. Ive Tried Doin This So Many Times And Ive Wasted A Hole Big Bottle Of Fluid Now Lol. The Brakes Just Keep Goin Stiff Like The Pads Are Going To The Disc But Then Not Going Backk.

I Havent Done Brakes Before So I Havent Got A Clew What Im Doing So Its Probably Just Something Simple Lol

Can Anyone Give Me Any Tips?????????????????????????????????

Thanks
