Hi, I recently picked up a 1991 RM 125 for a project. The bike has an issue with the transmission though. It will only go into 1st and second gear. Last week I picked up a shop manual and disassembeled the motor (basically the whole bike) got the engine out, apart...and had to split the case to get to the tranny to try to find the problem. WELL.... All the gears and the shift drum looked pretty good in the tranny..... I didnt see any burrs ....shift forks looked good. and so on.... ANY SUGGESTIONS on what I should be looking for in the tranny to cause this problem??? I am not seeing any broken parts. Please help me with some suggestions. Thanks
