Could someone tell me how the choke plunger is supose to work. On my sp200 when i pull it all the way out it will start and idle high. then i push it in the middle setting and the idle will come down a little and it runs good, but when i push it all the way in toward the carb. the bike will stall, no matter how fast i have the RPM's. Is something not set right? or is the bike not supose to run with the plunger pushed all the way in. Like i said it runs good in the middle, and not at all pushed in. The carb is freshly rebuilt and very clean. Thanks.
